Submit the teller to the Students Accounts Division of the Polytechnic in exchange for the Polytechnics receipt with which you are to collect your copy of the admission letter at the Academic Affairs Division. This provisional admission, if not accepted, shall lapse at the expiration of the deadline stated. |
